TERMS OF SERVICE:
We take great pride in the level of service that we provide all of our couples. When you book your wedding ceremony with us, not only will you enjoy a personalized wedding experience, but you also will benefit from the expertise of professionals.
These are the terms of service that you should be aware of when you book your ceremony with Love Builders:
PAYMENT POLICY
Retainer fee of 50% is required to hold your wedding date. The balance is due one week prior to your wedding day.

Payments for services can be made electronically using our Honeybook client portal or Zelle
CANCELLATIONS
There is a no-cancellation policy in place for couples who book with us. Refunds cannot be issued for cancellations, regardless of when the cancellation is made. This strict policy is in place due to the in-demand nature of the wedding business. Once a date and time has been reserved, Love Builders can no longer accept bookings on that date and may have to turn clients away. It is important to be aware of this commitment when booking us as your wedding officiants.
DATE, TIME OR LOCATION CHANGES
Requests for date, time or location changes must be made in writing and will only be fulfilled based on our availability. At the time of booking, Love Builders begins building a schedule based on the date, time and location for that event. All schedules are strictly adhered to, and as such, it can be difficult to accommodate date, time or location changes. In the event that the change in date, time or location can be accommodated, a $100 fee will apply.
CEREMONY START TIME
As the wedding officiants we expect that the ceremony time will be adhered to. If the ceremony is delayed by more than 30 minutes past its scheduled start time, the couple will be required to pay an additional $50 per half hour. Refunds will not be given in the event that a significant delay prohibits the wedding officiant from being able to perform the ceremony.
IMAGE RELEASE
Couples who book with Love Builders agree to an image release, which allows us to use images, videos and stories from the event for promotional purposes. The couple waives any right to royalties, payments or considerations for use of the images.
GOVERNING LAW
The validity and enforceability of all Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States and the laws of California.
